Shawn Christopher Lovell Nabors is a multidisciplinary artist; he’s an actor, writer, and musician originally from Brooklyn, N.Y., currently residing in Los Angeles, CA. His stories for both stage and screen hope to position diverse Black and Queer narratives at the forefront of mainstream media and global consciousness. He was last seen as MOSES in the play PASS OVER at the Studio Theatre in DC where he received rave reviews in publications such as the Washington Post. His writing has garnered him fellowships, readings and developmental workshops with institutions such as The Atlantic Theatre Company, The Fire This Time Festival, ACT/NOW New Voices in Theatre, The NAP New Playwriting Series, The Garry Marshall Theatre as well as HarvardWood, Harvard University’s alumni association. He holds a BFA in Acting from Syracuse University and an MFA in Acting from Harvard University. His newest album, ASCENSION, is currently available on all digital streaming platforms.
